Newland House - Policies

Deposit	One month deposit for long time living in New Land House.
Payment	Guests are required settle rental fee as soon as the contract is signed by both parties. We accept both of US dollar and Vietnam Dong. The exchange rate between the Vietnam Dong and the US dollar will be done by Vietcombank at the time of payment
Extra Guests	Each room in Newland House allow maximum of two adult guests and only one child under 6 years old. Add 30 USD for 2 nd person but no extra charge for children when sharing beds with parents
Building Regulation	Please do not damage, remove any house property or change any room setting-up. In case of intentionally damage or removal you will be subject to claims. While you are absent for a long time please leave the room key at the reception. At the entrance of the house please identify yourself to reception staff or guard with your passport when necessary. Keep your property by yourself. We do not take any responsibility in case of loss or damage of your goods. You can receive visitors in the public parts of the house or your room before 11:00 PM. Do not come back home after 02:00 am . Do not gather a crowd to drink alcohol in the Newland House. Do not use material cause fire.In case of intentionally triggered fire alarm without a reasonable cause or due to smoking, cooking etc., in spaces where this actions are prohibited, person responsible will be charged for fireguard intervention and the deposit will be withheld.
